During Hynes' relentless pursuit to determine where O'Hara lived in Brooklyn, Hynes himself was registered to vote from 210 Joralemon Street, a municipal building. All the while the Brooklyn District Attorney did not have a Brooklyn residence, as required by law; instead living in Breezy Point, Queens, a gated-all white community.
